1-800-BOARDUP is a national disaster recovery organization with locations all across America. The focus of the organization is to assist victims of disaster on one of the worst days of their lives. The network of trusted and proven professionals assist first responders, secure property and provide valuable resources to victims struggling to rebuild their lives. Established in 2002 by Michael Hosto, a Red Cross Disaster Action Team Captain, and headquartered in Jacksonville Beach, FL, our company serves thousands of fire departments and its citizens nationwide.
Our Pickleball tournament is benefiting Fire Scene Rehab. Fire Scene Rehab is a nationally recognized non-profit that supports San Antonio's emergency response personnel and law enforcement with scene support. Chief Bobby Briggs shaped an idea 20 years ago in hopes of giving back to those who put their lives on the line every day and now FSR still responds in rotation when the alarm sounds! FSR rushes to the scene with vital hydration supplies, snacks, meals, medical monitoring and a heated/air conditioned bus. All of this has been made possible because of the compassion Chief Briggs puts forward to giving back to those who protect the great city of San Antonio.
Join our pickleball tournament as we raise funds for this organization to continue helping those in need. |
